Start, move, stop, then move again,
Start, move, stop, Is it still the same?
Start, move, stop, Machines are giants,
So fast they move. Stop. This is just a game.
Now, slow down. Your breath never did.
Slow, trudge, stall, You need green for cover, honey.
Think so fast, Race with the machines,
Faster, faster, faster now, Your heart is clean.
Challenges abound for humanity, challenges of one kind,
Of infinitesimal minds in one giant machine,
The machine world, is here to stay,
A new life. Can they co-exist with Mother Earth,
As she sighs, sleeps, and prays?
My children, she says, start. stop. don't move.
But round and round we go,
From here to there, around the sun,
The distance is not far, no matter what we do.
Of steel and resolve and might and power,
As the lay, lay to sleep,
Citing Mother's wills and cares,
They sleep a slumber full and deep.
Those awoken, Are moving still,
But, I have stopped for now,
The sun, the moon, the stars shine,
And place me by the sea at will.
When I move, I don't really,
I see what is already seen,
I hold me to me dearly,
Am I yet, better, keen?
Start, move, stop, Is it still the same?
Start, move, stop, Machines are giants,
So fast they move. Stop. This is just a game.
